All orders are prepared within 24 to 48 hours. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will be processed the next business day.
During periods of high activity (end of year, sales, private sales, etc.) preparation times may be extended.
Unfortunately, once your order has been validated, it is not possible to cancel or modify your order. Indeed, in order to keep the best delivery times, your order is automatically sent for preparation in our warehouse as soon as payment is validated.
Masejjada.fr offers two delivery methods:
Home delivery
You can have it delivered to the address of your choice in mainland France (including Corsica) with Colissimo. Once your order has been validated, you will receive your package within an average of 8 to 10 working days.
Delivery to relay points
You can have it delivered to the relay point of your choice (from the list provided). Once your order has been validated, you will receive your package within an average of 8 to 10 working days.
Masejjada.fr guarantees total security during your purchases.
When you enter your card number and its expiry date on our site, this information is instantly encrypted on your computer using “SSL” information encryption technology. This means that your bank details do not circulate unencrypted on the Internet and never arrive on the masejjada.fr site.
It is for this reason that you are asked to provide them again for each of your purchases.
It is possible to pay for your purchases by credit card, Visa or Mastercard. You will be charged the day your package is dispatched.
By choosing REFUND and if your return complies with our General Conditions of Sale, you will be reimbursed on the payment method used for the order within 14 working days after your receipt and validation of your return, the shipping and handling costs that you have already paid are non-refundable and refunded amounts will not include the cost of shipping.
HOW TO PROCEED :
For the purpose of good reception and in order to speed up the processing of your return, be sure to respect the following procedure:
1. Log in to your customer account using your email address and your password
2 Go to the “Make a return request” section
3. Select the product(s) to return then click on one of the options offered without forgetting to specify the reason for your return
4. You will receive in your mailbox a return form to print
5. Carefully pack the product(s) to be returned and enclose the return form.
6. Return your package to the post office to send it By Colissimo: send your package to the following address:

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. You will be informed by email that your return has been processed.
Shipping and handling charges you have already paid are non-refundable and refunded amounts will not include the cost of shipping.
