How can I create an account?

To create an account, simply click on the icon representing a person at the top right of your screen and complete the form.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

Forgot your password ?

Click at the top right of your screen on the icon representing a person, then click on “connect”, and finally “forgot your password?”

Enter the email address you used to create your account and validate. Wait a few minutes. An email has been sent to you, it contains a link to reset your password.

Didn’t receive an email?

Check if the email is not in the “Spam” or “junk mail” folder of your mailbox.

If the problem persists, we invite you to contact customer service.

How can I change my contact details?

To modify your personal data (address, telephone number, date of birth, etc.), log in to your account using your login credentials then click on “Information”.

Edit the fields you want, then click “Save”.

How do I unsubscribe?

To no longer receive postal mailings or emails from MASEJJADA, you must log into your account and go to the “Information” section then to the “News” section. You can check or uncheck according to your choice.

You can also click on the unsubscribe link at the top of each email.

If you continue to receive communications, we invite you to contact customer service.

How do I delete my account?

We’re sorry to see you go. We invite you to contact customer service by email at  contact@masejjada.com  , mentioning in the subject “Account deletion”.

Our team will take your request into account as soon as possible.

What is your privacy policy regarding my personal data?

The personal information collected from Internet users at the time of their registration is confidential and will not be transferred, rented or sold to third parties. We inform you that our privacy policy is regularly updated and available on our site. Do not hesitate to consult it whenever you have a question.

WEB ORDER

What are the lead times for preparing my order?

All orders are prepared within 24 to 48 hours. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will be processed the next business day.

During periods of high activity (end of year, sales, private sales, etc.) preparation times may be extended.

How can I cancel or modify my order?

Unfortunately, once your order has been validated, it is not possible to cancel or modify your order. Indeed, in order to keep the best delivery times, your order is automatically sent for preparation in our warehouse as soon as payment is validated.

What are the means and delivery times?

Masejjada.fr offers two delivery methods:

Home delivery

You can have it delivered to the address of your choice in mainland France (including Corsica) with Colissimo. Once your order has been validated, you will receive your package within an average of 8 to 10 working days.

Delivery to relay points

You can have it delivered to the relay point of your choice (from the list provided). Once your order has been validated, you will receive your package within an average of 8 to 10 working days.

What are the means of payment? Are they secure?

Masejjada.fr guarantees total security during your purchases.

When you enter your card number and its expiry date on our site, this information is instantly encrypted on your computer using “SSL” information encryption technology. This means that your bank details do not circulate unencrypted on the Internet and never arrive on the masejjada.fr site.

It is for this reason that you are asked to provide them again for each of your purchases.

It is possible to pay for your purchases by credit card, Visa or Mastercard. You will be charged the day your package is dispatched.

REPAYMENT

How do I request a refund?

By choosing  REFUND  and if your return complies with our General Conditions of Sale, you will be reimbursed on the payment method used for the order within 14 working days after your receipt and validation of your return, the shipping and handling costs that you have already paid are non-refundable and refunded amounts will not include the cost of shipping.

HOW TO PROCEED :

For the purpose of good reception and in order to speed up the processing of your return, be sure to respect the following procedure:
1. Log in to your customer account using your email address and your password
2 Go to the “Make a return request” section
3. Select the product(s) to return then click on one of the options offered without forgetting to specify the reason for your return
4. You will receive in your mailbox a return form to print
5. Carefully pack the product(s) to be returned and enclose the return form.
6. Return your package to the post office to send it By Colissimo: send your package to the following address:
(to be requested by email)

To note :

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. You will be informed by email that your return has been processed.

Shipping and handling charges you have already paid are non-refundable and refunded amounts will not include the cost of shipping.

Delivery costs by Mondial Relay for France and Belgium are offered by MASEJJADA.
